| ROLL FORMING LINE P110K I am providing the list of profiles and tubes that we used to manufacture on the "TEGALNIK" P110K line! Open cold-rolled steel profiles made from cold-rolled (CR) and hot-rolled (HR) strip: Steel angle profiles (Equal angles): • 15 x 15 x 1.5 mm • 20 x 20 x 1.5 mm • 20 x 20 x 2 mm • 25 x 25 x 3 mm • 30 x 30 x 3 mm Steel "U" channels: (Width x Height x Thickness) • 10 x 15 x 1.5 mm • 15 x 15 x 1.5 mm • 18 x 20 x 1.5 mm • 20 x 20 x 1.5 mm • 25 x 20 x 2 mm • 25 x 25 x 2 mm • 30 x 20 x 2 mm After modifying the machine, we also manufactured welded stainless steel tubes in the following dimensions using a special process: Round stainless steel tubes: • ø 16 x 1.5 mm • ø 18 x 1.5 mm • ø 20 x 1.5 mm • ø 22 x 1.5 mm • ø 25 x 1.5 mm • ø 28 x 1.5 mm • ø 33 x 1.5 mm • ø 38 x 1.5 mm • ø 50 x 1.5 mm Square stainless steel tubes: • 20 x 20 x 1.5 mm • 30 x 30 x 1.5 mm • 40 x 40 x 1.5 mm |
